Joey Zhao holds an M.S. in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from Northeast Agricultural University and has spent 12 years in pig production management. He has led production management programs at nearly twenty large-scale sow farms, with a cumulative inventory of 100,000 sows. His expertise covers farm operations management, SOP system development, standard cost control, biosecurity system design, production data analytics, staff training and evaluation, and performance appraisal programs.
