Xiao Fei, Master of Animal Genetics and Breeding from Shihezi University, Intermediate Animal Husbandry Engineer, EMBA of China Agricultural University, Deputy General Manager of Animal Husbandry Industry Division, Xinjiang Tycoon Group.

With 17 years of industry experience, he has published 23 papers in domestic academic journals. He successively held positions as feed nutritionist, and was in charge of feed production management and sales at Xinjiang Tycoon Group. In 2016, he moved into the pig breeding sector, leading the development of production and cost systems for the Group’s pig business. His research and practice focus on pig farm and pig house design and planning, construction of pig farm biosecurity management systems, live pig production management and practice, swine herd health management, as well as process management and cost control in pig farming.
