Dongsheng Che, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Animal Science and Technology, Jilin Agricultural University, China. He was a Visiting Scholar at Texas A&M University, USA. His research focuses on swine nutrition, nutrient metabolism, and feed resource development, with an emphasis on improving the efficiency and sustainability of pig production.

Dr. Che is a Shennong Young Elite Scholar, a Top Innovative Talent of Jilin Province, and a High-Level Talent of Jilin Province. He currently serves as Executive Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Animal Production and Product Quality Safety, Ministry of Education, and Director of the Jilin Provincial Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science. He has led or participated in more than 30 research projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Key Research and Development Program of China. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers, holds 6 authorized patents, and has received 5 provincial- and ministerial scientific awards.
