Conglin Zhang, graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University, is currently the executive vice president of Guangxi Yangxiang Co., Ltd., a livestock pastor, and has been focusing on pig breeding for 30 years. He is the chairperson of the Pig-breeding Project of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery, director member of the China Animal Agriculture Association, vice chair of the Pig Breeding Branch of the China Animal Agriculture Association, vice chairman of the Pig Breeding Branch of the Guangxi Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association and the Animal and Poultry Infectious Diseases Branch of the Guangxi Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association. He has successively won the second prize for “Scientific and Technological Progress” of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the "Outstanding Contribution Award" of the 30th Anniversary of the Founding of the Pig Breeding Branch and the "Special Contribution Award for Scientific Pig Breeding" of the Guangxi Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, "2014-2016 National Harvest Award for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery", and "the second prize for Guangdong Science and Technology". In addition, he has also won the “Industry Model Award” for 100 people who have influenced the development of the pig breeding industry as well as the "Leader Award" for pig breeding industry of Guangxi province in the 40 years since China Reform and Opening up.
