Zhikai Zeng, New Hop Liuhe Co., Ltd
Dr. Zhikai Zeng received his Master and Doctor Degree from China Agricultural University in 2011 and 2015, respectively. He has also earned a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science from South China Agricultural University in 2008. In 2015, he became a Postdoctoral Fellow of University of Minnesota and Lead 2 National Pork Board projects that aim to screen the best matched commercial carbohydrases for corn DDGS, and to explore the gut physiological responses of enzyme inclusion in pig diets. He also worked with a genetic company (Topigs Norsvin) to evaluate the effect of birth weight and early phase growth performance on the survival and long-term performance of pigs. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist in Academy of Swine Research, New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd. He is leading the nutrition team to support the pork production business of New Hope.
